The third-generation run Chikankari Fashions is an institution in the Janpath Market of Lucknow. Tucked a little behind the massive row of little stores selling chikan, the store is now under the careful supervision of the granddaughter, Rashmi Tandon. Hailing from a family of chikan connoisseurs, Rashmi had an eye for the best and stocked on innovative fabrics made of threads made from bamboo, lotus and even milk. To preserve her valuable heritage, Rashmi long ago convinced her grandfather to invest in Cyber Insurance to protect their e-commerce arm and due to a recent cyber attack on their website, they can now rely on the claim to protect their financial interests.
Rashmi reached out to Mr Haider Khan, their connect with the InsurTech company to process the claim settlement. Mr Khan used the Renewals and Claims module to provide an efficient and streamlined experience to Rashmi. Post prompt documentation, their claim was initiated and at Rashmi’s request. Also, a renewal of her Cyber Insurance policy was filed as well. A survey of numerous Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), revealed that 70 per cent of respondents indicated their readiness to boost expenditure on fortifying their digital infrastructure within the upcoming three years.
